Pack is a headless as a service platform built for growing brands on Shopify Plus. It combines a powerful product experience and content management system in one easy-to-use solution. Pack allows merchants to update their products quickly, set up new campaigns, and build new landing pages on the fly.
Pack partnered with Nessa to help reimagine what headless commerce could be for growth-oriented merchants. We designed an accessible platform for marketers, managers, and developers— while transitioning messaging and brand voice from agency partner to a tech platform.
Our design team created a unified dashboard allowing merchants to view vital store data at a glance. A tabbed UI experience gives users easy navigation capabilities throughout the platform while managing multiple storefronts. Products and bundles can be quickly built, updated, deployed, and previewed on the customizer.
The new platform experience employs a minimalist and clean aesthetic while incorporating a custom icon library and a fresh new color scheme. We designed a detailed and extensive UI kit with the future Pack platform expansion in mind.
The Nessa design team created a new customizer experience from the ground up with merchants in mind. It has feature-rich capabilities centered around full site customization and front-end flexibility. The sidebar UI houses reusable global components that can be pulled to create new landing pages, custom sections, and more. It's expansive and slides out, showing a full site preview.
